We do not sell your personal information. We may share information with service providers that help us operate the Service, when required by law, or in connection with a business transfer.

Service providers we use include:

• Stripe for payment processing and billing
• Anthropic and OpenAI for AI-powered code generation and content creation
• Runway ML for AI video generation
• Shotstack for video processing
• Google for authentication (OAuth sign-in)

These providers receive only the minimum information needed to perform their specific function and are bound by their own privacy policies and our contractual agreements.

We comply with the Children's Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA). For users under 13:

• Verified parental consent is required before the child can use the Service
• We collect only the minimum information needed to provide the Service safely
• We do not condition a child's participation on disclosing more information than is reasonably necessary

Parental Rights and Controls: Parents and legal guardians have the right to:

• Request deletion of their child's account and all associated data
• Revoke consent and prevent further collection of their child's information

How to submit a parental request: Parents can request to review, modify, or delete their child's account by contacting support@ro-builder.com. Please include your name, the email address used during parental verification, and your child's username. We will verify your identity and process the request within 30 days.
